Ever since I was in second grade, I knew that I liked to write, and ever since I started

taking pictures with my Mom’s phone in middle school, I knew that I loved and appreciated the beauty of simple photographs. I’ll do anything for a good sunset picture, and when it’s a full moon, there’s nothing else in my camera roll. I love capturing candid photos of my friends and family, catching them in moments of laughter, sadness, and joy. Aside from photography, I’m a runner, reader, rom-com fanatic, and oldies music enthusiast. I’m so excited that The Word is up and running again and I couldn’t be happier to be this year’s secretary of photography! Happy reading!
